Panoramic Photo - Harbour, Camden, Maine

On August 7 - 10, 2011, we went windjamming out of Camden, Maine, on the schooner Lewis R. French. There are two slide shows available, both of which have the same photos.

The first slide show has captions, and you can start the slide show by clicking on any photo. Click on the arrows on the left and right side of each photo to advance to the next photo in the slide show (or use keyboard arrows). You can see the whole slide show in about 10 - 12 minutes.

The second slide show is animated with music background, and being 16 minutes from start to finish, it is over 87 MB in file size, so depending on the speed of your Internet connection it may take a few moments to download. If you start this slide show and decide to quit, hit <Esc> on the keyboard a couple of times.

Washington's Cherry Blossoms

Cherry Blossom Tour, Easter 2010: we took a motor coach tour with Collins Tours (Saint John, NB) to New York City, Washington, DC and Historic Williamsburg in Virginia. There are three slide shows of this tour, each one animated with background music, so turn up your speakers to hear the music. These files are quite large; depending on the speed of your Internet connection, they may take a minute or two to download.

Many of these photos were taken through the bus window, thus diminishing their quality.

Washington, DC (7 minutes, 6 seconds)
Williamsburg, VA (6 minutes, 59 seconds)

Thanksgiving weekend 2009 we spent on a bus tour around the Gaspé Peninsula. Here is a slide show of 59 photos taken by Garth. It may take a few moments to download. Gaspe, Quebec

New York City's Statue of Liberty

In November, 2008, Lucille and Garth had the pleasure of joining with 57 others in a tour of New York City. The tour was hosted by Laurie's Tours: Laurie, Linda and Earl, the bus driver.

Here is a slide show of 88 photos taken by Garth. Many of these photos were taken through a motor coach window, and on our final day in New York city it was raining with a heavy mist - hence the poor quality of some of the photos.
